You then will probably discover with your intuition that just after a while your focus will usually fade from this inner sensation and that you will naturally be attracted to an additional internal sensation. Simply go to this sensation and be with it. Follow the inner sensations throughout your system. Much like a dance of sensing yourself within your system. Going from one place to a different one.
While you start this inner going with your senses you'll notice that you usually begin to feel a lot more within your body. That your system begins to wake up and you begin to enter a rich dimension of internal feeling. Similar to another dimension opening up.
You can actively heighten these sensations inside your body deeper by breathing into them. As you become conscious of a sensing yourself inside your body, begin to notice the subtle textures within this sensation of yourself. Then imagine that you are feeling into this sensation within yourself with each in breath. That while you breathe into the sensation that the feeling expands and grows. While you breathe in that the sensation gets to be noticeably more extreme, you can really feel noticeably of the feeling as you breathe into the feeling. Allowing the sensations to develop and expand on each breath you're taking in. Sensing more of all the sensations inside your body on every in breath.
While you explore deeper into this dimension of internal feeling and notice a lot more of the texture and subtle nuances you can then heighten your perception of sensing yourself even more. You are able to do that by beginning to explore how the dimension about you interacts and is linked to your inner feeling world.
For example, while you practice you can then start to become aware of how and where exterior stimuli feels inside your system. Whenever you do this you'll begin to start to be conscious of the way it feels to sit under the shade of a tree and where inside your body you're feeling these sensations. Much like whenever you are standing on a mountain top. How and exactly where you're feeling this within your system. Rather than how and where you're feeling when you are beside a stream at the bottom of a valley. You'll start to note how and where the dimension outside of your perception of self feels within.
For example, notice exactly where and how it feels to deepen your intuition inside your system whenever you look in the green leaves of the tree. Then notice exactly where and the way this feels different whenever you look at the blue sky. And exactly where and how this feels unique whenever you glance at leaves on the forest floor.
